Return Policies

Returns and Exchanges:

All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

The original item must first be shipped to and arrive at our location before an exchange can be sent out.

Diabolical Signatures reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet the requirements of our return policy.

 

Refunds:

If an item is being returned for a refund please include the packing slip form with your return and provide reason code. The item must first be shipped to and arrive at our location before a refund can be provided.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to show up on your account after the refund has been processed.
 

Exceptions:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance - All sales are final and cannot be returned.

• Intimates - All sales are final and cannot be returned.

• Swimwear - Can only be returned unworn with original tags intact and sanitary panel in place.
